Tips for Hitting Golf Balls
Maximum power for golf game is generated by this sequence of movements-the powerful legs' muscles leading the shoulders, then the arms, then the hands through impact in a whipping motion. Feel your legs pull your upper body during the downswing. Make your legs do all the work throughout the downswing. Forget your upper body, and you will get effortless, maximum distance on your shots. Start down slowly with your hands to produce more leverage in your swing. The coil between your hips and shoulders will be stretched tighter during the downswing, producing more power at impact.
On the downswing in golf game, lead with your legs. Trust your legs to start the downswing, and then execute a hard and quick leg drive through the ball. This will whip your hands through impact naturally and effortlessly, producing powerful, high shots with cheap golf clubs.
To maximize your power through impact, leave your hands at the top. As your legs thrust forward to begin the downswing, feel you are leaving your hands at the top of the backswing. As the downswing unwinds, your hands must feel delayed, coming lazily through impact in super slow-motion. Delaying your hands during the downswing stretches the coil tighter between your hips and shoulders, which produce longer shots with fairway wood. Feel an OPEN-CLOSE radial rotation throughout your swing. Feel a slight radial rotation of your arms and hands-clockwise on the backswing, counter-clockwise on the downswing through impact, and further natural rotation around on the follow-through. The clubface is square to the target line at address, slowly opens throughout the backswing, and then slowly closes during the downswing so it returns to square at impact.

At address, think accuracy and you will get effortless distance. Think results, not method-see your ball fly to the target area. Concentrate on where you want the ball to go, not on details of the correct swing with taylormade burner plus irons. Visualize the results you want and block everything else out of your mind.
Practice balance by swinging with your feet together. This will increase your sense of balance. You will hit the ball farther because good balance is an important source of power in the golf swing. During practice, pre-round warm up, or waiting between shots on the course, take slow, controlled swings with your feet together. Sense your stomach remaining centered and your head remaining still. Feel your swing's rhythm and tempo to enhance your sense of timing the next time you prepare to strike the golf ball. By following all these swing keys to power, you will hit the ball farther than ever.

Prevent Common Golf Injuries
Many people incorrectly assume that golf is a low-level physical activity, and that, therefore golf injuries are uncommon. Anything but! Whether you are an avid golfer who spends every possible minute on the course, or you only pick up the clubs a few times a year, it's important to remember that golf injuries are common no matter your level of play. A golf injury prevention program allows you to get the most out of every day you spend on the fairway, while at the same time keeps you in tip top shape – a considerable side-bonus!
Golf injuries are incredibly common among all ages and skill levels, most often occurring courtesy of improper swing or grip techniques, or stemming from repetitive bad habits when swinging. Improper stance, swing or grip; stiffness and inflexibility can all lead to injuries in the arms, wrists, hands, hip, back or shoulders. The repetitive motion of the swing is unavoidable in golf. In fact, people are often encouraged to remember their best swing technique and repeat it. But improper technique can be very hard on the muscles and joints. Visits to a golf injury prevention clinic where a conditioning program is designed for you not only helps to correct your stance and improve your swing, but can also treat any ongoing golf injuries.
As with any type of sport, one of the best ways to prevent golf injuries is to stretch. This may seem like a simple enough solution, but it's one many people ignore despite the common knowledge that not stretching introduces risk of injury. Similarly, improper stretching is a waste of time. Proper stretching techniques, designed for your needs is part of a golf injury prevention program that can fit like the very golf glove you wouldn't do without, and help you avoid golf injuries from the outset. Making sure that your whole body is prepared for the game will allow you to stay on the course longer, and help you avoid pain once you're back in the clubhouse.

Better yet – and this is the part most golfers love to hear - a golf injury prevention program doesn't just help you avoid golf injuries it also helps you improve your game! No matter your skill level, a golf injury prevention program can be customized to meet both your current needs and your future goals. Like technique and training, equipment also plays an essential role in preventing golf injuries and improving your golf game. A golf injury prevention program educates you for better club selection, ensuring that you choose and use the best equipment. Clubs that are too short, or grips that are too small, can lead to golf injuries that can inhibit your ability to play and enjoy the game.
Many golf injuries occur as a result of a combination of things, including poor technique, insufficient physical conditioning and improper equipment. Taking advantage of a golf injury prevention program helps prevent injuries that can negatively impact your ability to enjoy a day on the course.

Meet the Titleist 2012 AP2 Irons
The Titleist AP2are multi-material, dual cavity irons that take the design mission of "Advanced Performance You Can Feel" to new heights. The concept for the original Advanced Performance irons arose as a result of research that indicated serious golfers want performance with great feel, not performance at the expense of feel.
And the integrated aluminum and soft elastomer Tuned Feel System in the back cavity improves sound and feel at impact. A soft, forged carbon steel body with a high density tungsten nickel sole .
The Titleist R&D team's advanced research group has been conducting extensive sound and vibration analysis aimed at reducing the harsh lower frequency vibration that causes poor feel in irons. This research led to combining several technologies and materials in the back cavity of the new AP irons resulting in a new Tuned Feel System to take feel to a new level. The new Tuned Feel System is a co-molded medallion of soft elastomer and aluminum plate.
All in all,You Can Feel the advanced performance,High quality, high technology design and construction featuring a forged steel body, tungsten nickel box and Tuned Feel System enhances performance and feel.
The first for the most, Titleist 2010 AP2 Irons gets the graphite and still materials, this is the key to golf itself. In my opinion, the material reflect the product's quality. when I was a high school student, in the Chemistry Class,I was clear about the graphite.so there is no problem about Titleist 2012 AP2 Iron's material.
